.The customer has the right to recover (100%) the full amount paid when canceling the course 14 days up  before the start of the course

.The customer has the right to recover (50%) of the amount paid when canceling the course 7 days up before the start of the course

.The customer has the right to recover (25%) of the amount paid when canceling the course 3 days up before the start of the course

.The customer is not entitled to recover any part of the amount paid when canceling enrollment after the  start of the course
